1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

2. The instant application has been filed praying for initiation of contempt against the Opposite Parties for deliberate violation of the directions contained in order dated 17.4.2023 passed in CWJC no. 21319 of 2019 whereby this Court had disposed of the writ application with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Jamui (respondent

Patna High Court MJC No.3039 of 2023(6) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 no.5) with the direction that the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of three months.

3. On perusal of the contents of the petition, it transpires that the representation along with the copy of the order was received in the office of the Circle Officer, Jamui on 24.4.2023.

4. The Circle Officer, Jamui has been pleased to decide the representation of the petitioner by his order dated 5.7.2023 ie within the time directed by this Court in its order dated 17.4.2023.

5. In the opinion of the Court, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties.

6. The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order passed by the Circle Officer, if so advised, in an appropriate proceeding.

7. The application stands disposed of.
