The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.451 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323, 504, 498-A, 506/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
It has been submitted that these petitioners are the family members of the husband of the informant. From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners, who are the family members of the husband of the informant. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13889 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.451 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
