Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 655 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65016 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 655 of 2019.
