2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023 (G.R. No. 1185 of 2023) registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of 85 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72856 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise No.-II, Aurangabad in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023 (G.R. No. 1185 of 2023).

7. The petitioner will visit Kutumba Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
