JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379, 34 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. all the accused persons assaulted the informant and snatched Rs.20,000/-. It is also alleged that they were threatening the informant to withdraw the case earlier lodged by him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case, due to enmity. The injuries are simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners on the ground that there are allegation

No.71542 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 of snatching of money after assaulting the informant and they were threatening also to withdraw the case, as such, this case is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, they have to surrender and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court, and if, possible to be disposed of on the same day.
