JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 236 of 2016 registered under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that police on information that accused persons are coming with stolen motorcycle intercepted the motorcycle and accused persons fled away.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the

Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 236 of 2016, G.R.No. 1988 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioner shall cooperate in investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
