JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.1.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 1605 of 2017. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 19.01.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 1605 of 2017 by which he was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks, but due to illness of his wife (copy of medical prescription is enclosed), he could not surrender within stipulated period and, hence, makes prayer that time be extended for further six weeks to surrender in the Court below.

Considering the same, further six weeks' time is granted to the Petitioner to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 62

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14486 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 of 2016 in terms of the order dated 19.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.1605 of 2017.

The modification application stands allowed.
