2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 19.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65238 of 2024, the petitioner was granted bail but in that order, it was observed by this Court that the petitioner shall furnish his bail bond after four months from that date. He submits that in similar case [Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 8620 of 2024], the Hon'ble Supreme Court has observed that such type of condition should not be imposed.
3. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances and the observation made by the Hon'ble
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75810 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 Supreme Court that the condition of furnishing of bail bond after four months is waived off, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbersa P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
