JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Mr. Bashishtha Narayan Mishra, learned counsel submits that during the pendency of the writ application, the respondents have taken certain decision, which has rendered the present writ application infructuous. He submits that with regard to the grievance as to non-payment of pensionary benefits, the petitioner has already filed a separate writ application. In that view of the matter, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ application pending. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
