JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 The case has been listed today under the heading "to be mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner and from perusal of the order dated 3.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24303 of 2018, it appears that in the second paragraph of the order Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code has been mentioned but „Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act' has not been typed though it is mentioned in the petition. In view of the fact, in the second paragraph after Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal code, "Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act" be also read and the other parts of the order shall remain intact. Let the aforesaid order be communicated to the court below concerned.
