The petitioner further prays for quashing of the order dated 03.08.2022, passed in Anganwari Appeal No. 06/2020 by Respondent District Magistrate, Saharsa, whereby and whereunder the Appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. The petitioner further prays for quashing of the order dated 03.01.2020 passed in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 107/2019-20, by Respondent District Program Officer, Saharsa, whereby and whereunder Appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. The petitioner further prays for selection on the post of Anganwari Sevika, for Anganwari Centre- Panchbighi, Centre No. 257, situated at Ward No. 06, Sitanabad North Panchayat Block Simari Bakhtiyarpur, District Saharsa."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court
