JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by judgment dated 05.08.2016 passed in CWJC no. 9451 of 2013 and judgment dated 03.03.2017 passed in CWJC no. 922 of 2016. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners herein that the respondent no. 3 may examine the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid two judgments and if found covered by the said judgments then appropriate relief be granted.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to file fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today and in case, such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed off within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order upon considering the applicability of the aforesaid judgments.
