2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. There is recovery of one loaded country made katta, two pistols and two live cartridge from the drawer of bed of the house of the petitioner and he is in custody since 08.08.2023.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if there is no sufficient progress.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
