The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recoveries were made not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been implicated in connection with the present case though the recoveries were from a dilapidated house of the joint family of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

No.68435 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise cum ADJ IVth, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Kudhni P.S.
