The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2019 in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 618 of 2019 read with Special Case No. 7485 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is alleged that there is only recovery of apparatus for making liquor but no recovery of liquor.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
