The petitioner seeks bail in Karpi P.S. Case No. 15/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Section 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The police found grown-up trees of Ganja in the Bari of the petitioner.

It is submitted that only 16 plants were found for that the petitioner is in jail since 19.12.2016. It is submitted that the land does not belong to the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for last four months, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15374 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge Ist - cum-Special Court, N.D.P.S. Act, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 15/2011.
