Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30A and 38A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
Six cartoons of liquor was, allegedly, recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, on completion of four months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
