The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance:

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Arvind Kumar Sinha, Advocate. For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ram Bachan Singh, APP. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 Heard both sides.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Parsa P. S. Case No. 211 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Dafadar lodged a case against unknown after recovery of the dead body of a girl.

Leanred counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are cousin and father of the deceased. There is no material to show that the petitioners committed any offence. But it appears from perusal of the case diary that the dead body is of daughter of petitioner no.2. The dead body was half burnt. It is transpired that the petitioners were annoyed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16217 of 2017 (4) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 with the behaviour of the deceased. The witnesses have also stated that the deceased committed suicide, but the dead body was found in a lonely place.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and it appears that the deceased was killed inside her house and her dead body was thrown a lonely place, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
