2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 338 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and under sections 8, 20(ii)(c), 22(c), 23(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act

3. As per prosecution, 1.5 kg. of charas and 9 mm Pistol have been recovered from the petitioner and 8.50 grams charas and country made pistol have been recovered from the co-accused Dhiraj Kumar. The seized material has been found to be charas by the FSL.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the huge recovery of charas from the petitioner, this application is dismissed.
