1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 191(2), 191(3), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5), 126(2) and 115(2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that while he was getting his house painted, when accused persons came and Pranav assaulted him by an iron rod

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70013 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 causing injury on hand, thereafter all accused assaulted him and his son and threatened not to get the house painted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that on account of dispute relating to property, occurrence is alleged to have been committed. It is next submitted that petitioners are claiming the house which the informant was getting painted and from side of the petitioners, Biraul P.S. Case No. 247 of 2025 has been instituted against the side of the informant and others. It is also submitted that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where

7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is allowed.
