2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 366 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 54, 352, 103(1), 115(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Rajiv Sah is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is the grandfather of Rajiv Sah.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. The occurrence has taken place because of a petty dispute.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge-II, Jhanjharpur in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 366 of 2024.
