This application has been filed for restoration of writ petition bearing CWJC No. 20274 of 2016 which was

Patna High Court MJC No.928 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.03.2017. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he could not reach the Court in time on 16.03.2017 as he was engaged in some other case before another Bench.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer for restoration of the writ petition.

In view of the submission made above, the prayer is allowed.

Let CWJC No. 20274 of 2016 be restored to its original file.
