Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.216 OF 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 379 and 504 of the I.P.C. It has been submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any specific allegation is against him. Petitioner is brother -in-law of one of the co-accused, Rahul Chaudhary who happens to be gotia of the informant.There is also a counter case from the side of this petitioner bearing Dalsingsarai P.S.Case No.215/17. Some of the co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.6976/18.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Samastiput, in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.216/17 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
