The petitioner seeks bail in connection with R.P.F. Post Bachhwara P.S. Case No.05 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 3 of R.P. (U.P.) Act. 3.

As per prosecution case, there is recovery of several iron made articles used for railways from the garbage shop of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.04.2023. He has further submitted that nothing has been recovered from his

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances, period of custody of the petitioner and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with R.P.F. Post Bachhwara P.S. Case No.05 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned R.J.M., Barauni, Begusarai.
