This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 41(I)(II) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the courtyard of the house of this petitioner 7.5 liters of Nepali liquor was allegedly recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2017 and has a similar type of criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul, or successor Court on completion of six months in custody.
