2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 307, 448 , 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner, in an inebriated condition, is alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant's son, Vikash Kumar, by means of an iron rod on his head, due to which he sustained grievous injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that F.I.R. , has been lodged after delay of 13 days, for which there is no plausible explanation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. However, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant due to which he sustained grievous injury .
6. Considering the nature of injury and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
