JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 690 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from the first information report itself that the allegation of sodomy is against Rahul Chaudhary, who happens to be son of the petitioner and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that when informant made a complaint to the petitioner he became furious and abused him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19657 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Mohania P.S.
