Patna High Court CWJC No.5684 of 2017 dt.19-05-2017 2/2 Bank in question produces before us a document which goes to show that the petitioner as a member of the Bank in question has been proceeded against by the Bank and certain complaints have been lodged against him and action has been taken against him. That being so, at the instance of the petitioner, who is an interested person, and the fact that Bank has taken certain action against him, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The petitioner does not have any locus standi. He seems to be an aggrieved or interested person and, therefore, at his instance, we are not inclined to entertain this public interest petition. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
