JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No.02 of 2018 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 342, 323, 353, 338, 327, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when the informant, who is A.S.I., along with other police officials reached at the place of occurrence to stop the construction work being done there, the accused started pelting stones on the police officials. It has been submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is omnibus. Neither the informant nor the police party sustained any injury.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21799 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No.02 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
