2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2017 in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with a dispute between the parties. Similarly situated co-accused Baijnath Yadav and others have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24265 of 2015.
4. Learned APP on the other hand opposes the bail petition submitting that the petitioner along with Bechan Yadav made assault on the head of Sanjay Yadav, son of the informant with farsa. It is pointed out from the order of learned Sessions
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17974 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 Judge, Araria that the said Sanjay Yadav has sustained grievous injury on his head which is an incised wound and hence supports the accusation of assault against the petitioner.
5. Be that as it may, having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
