The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the entire tender process pursuant to the advertisement published in daily newspaper 'Prabhat Khabar' on 21.02.2017 issued by the District Health Society, Sheikhpura relating the work of hospital management in the district of Sheikhpura; and for connected reliefs.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.5755 of 2017 dt.26-02-2018 2/2 petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and seeks to withdraw the same.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 have no objection to this prayer.

5. In that view of the mater, the prayer in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relief can be granted at this belated stage.

6. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
