JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 01.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48939 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of administering poison in the food of his wife causing her death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has herself consumed poison and petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case and he has been in custody since 26.05.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and once substantial progress is made in the trial and informant is examined, the petitioner will be at liberty

This application is accordingly dismissed.
