2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 53 of 2025 arising out of Rosera P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, lodged on 07.07.2020, under Sections 395, 412 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72082 of 2024. Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedents of the petitioner are not clean, in total, six criminal cases are pending against him. However, in light of the direction made by this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit with proof that he is not absconding in any of the cases pending against him.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 22.01.2024, charge has been framed and examination of prosecution witnesses has commenced.
5. From the record, it transpires to this Court that, at the time of passing the earlier order, liberty was granted to renew the prayer for bail six months after framing of charge, which period has already lapsed.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Rosera (Samastipur) in connection with Sessions Trial No. 53 of 2025 arising out of Rosera P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the BNSS, as well as the following other conditions:- (i) one of the bailor should be the family member of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his bona fide;
(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date
