JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner and the informant are own agnates. There is title suit pending between the parties. He further submits that previously the father of the petitioner has also lodged a case against the informant's side. He submits that the police in course of investigation did not find any burnt article.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17041 of 2017 (3) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha (Mission O.P.)
