Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no concern with the Clinic in question, rather the same is run by one Mr. Vishawanth Sharma, and he is merely a friend of this petitioner. From perusal of the allegations levelled in the first information report, no case under section 406/34 is made out against this pettiioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019.
