The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. CI-413 of 2016, Tr. No. 1798 of 2016 registered for the offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of N.I. Act.
As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have taken loan of Rs. 1 lac from the complainant and on demand he issued cheque amounting to Rs. 1 lac in favour of the complainant, but the said cheque was bounced and on further demand of money by the complainant, he refused to return the same and also abused and assaulted him.

No.18122 of 2017 (2) dt.14-06-2017 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence and he has falsely been implicated in the case. Moreover, the petitioner is ready to pay off the said loan amount in some easy installment.
Petitioner is directed to pay to the informant Rs. 50,000/- within one month and thereafter 50,000/- in two equal installments of one month each. In the meantime, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VI, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. CI-413 of 2016, Tr. No. 1798 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. If the petitioner fails to furnish the receipt of the deposit of said amount, the court below would be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
