The Petitioner seeks bail in Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the name of this petitioner has come in para-20 of the case diary wherein it has been stated that the alleged theft motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and other two accused persons. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 3.10.2016. The written report is lodged against unknown. From the case diary, it is apparent that no T.I.P. has been held till date. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16975 of 2017 (4) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
