2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 112 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

6. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl but from the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 BNSS, it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
