2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420 , 467 , 468, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code .

3. This petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughters of the informant.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . There was love relationship between the petitioner and victim. Victim is major and she with her own sweet will eloped with petitioner. Rest of the allegation is superaddition to make the case grave . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. However, learned counsel for the opposite parties vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of Cr. P . C . supported the prosecution case .

6. Considering the statement of the victim under section 164 of Cr. P . C . and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
