====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard Sri Sushant Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Kishore Choudhary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Piro P.S. Case No.232 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/35 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on false accusation, the petitioner has been made accused as per instance of the informant, who purportedly produced the pistol, which is said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for granting

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7054 of 2018(2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the material on record, particularly the F.I.R. and after going through the same, the Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
