The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 39559 of 2019 vide order dated 21.08.2019. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.64467 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No.131 of 2018.
