The show-cause has been filed annexing the letter dated 9.2.2016 issued by the Secretary, Government of Bihar, Nagar Panchayat and Awas Department which shows that the relief which has been sought by the petitioner has already been granted as has been notified that the person will be superannuated after attaining the age of 60 years or after completion of 42 years of service.

In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any purpose to proceed further in the matter.
