Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Gogari P.S. Case No.449 of 2017, G.R.No.3038 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the I.P.C. The allegation against the petitioner is that in course of discharging duty as Shiksha Mitra he also attended the classes of Intermediate as a regular candidate.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a similarly situated co-accused, Babita Kumari @ Babira Kumari has already been granted anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.6650 of 2018.
