2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though earlier, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 59674 of 2021 by a detailed order since the process under Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. was issued against the petitioner. He has submitted further that the informant himself filed an application before SDPO that the entire money was returned to his uncle by the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail which shall be disposed of on its merit on the same day.

4. The learned court below may take notice of the fact that the entire money and ATM cards have been received by the informant.
