The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 30.08.2019.

Case No. 121 of 2019.
