JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2023 At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, relief sought for by the petitioner for correction of revenue records has already been corrected by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Jehanabad (Respondent No. 4) and accordingly Jamabandi Panji has been issued to the petitioner on 05.05.2023 and 24.02.2023 having Jamabandi No. 4633 (Annexure-3 to the rejoinder affidavit).
