Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 327 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 12 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of attempting to commit rape upon the minor daughter of informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact writer of the FIR has grudge against father of the petitioner and, as such, he has falsely been implicated in this case and whole case is false and concocted.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24288 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
