====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail on 27.01.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 50619 of 2016 in connection with Munger Kotwali Police Station Case No. 211 of 2016 with certain conditions but he could not furnish bail bond as the petitioner was suffering from cancer.

Considering the aforesaid facts, by way of last indulgence, further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner for compliance of the condition and furnishing of the bail bond. Accordingly, modification application is allowed. (Birendra Kumar, J) Kundan U T
