JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 121 of 2019-20, corresponding to Excise case (C.I.S.) No. 846 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Recovery of 8.25 liters of illicit liquor from the hut of the petitioners.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that whole family members have been made accused for the recovery. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the submissions as made above, I am not

However, they have to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the learned trial court without being prejudiced by order of this Court, and if, possible to be disposed of on the same day.
