JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is still ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that she is also willing to live with the petitioner if she is kept with full dignity and care.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17698 of 2017 (2) dt.20-04-2017 2/2 parties that they are ready to live with each other, let petitioner surrender before the Court below on 03.05.2017, on which date opposite party no. 2 shall also present herself and once they are ready to live together, the learned court below shall release the petitioner on provisional bail for his own satisfaction and shall watch the conduct of the petitioner for a period of six months, during which period the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 shall have to appear in the court below on each month on the date fixed by the court below and the court below after satisfying himself with the conduct of the parties and also after satisfying himself with the status of matrimonial life of the parties, shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner, otherwise, he is free to pass any order as he deems fit and proper.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
